Mindframe Media is a trading name of Arreola Familia LLC ("Mindframe Media", "we", "us"). These terms apply to mindframeconstruction.com, to the instant lead forms we run on Facebook and Instagram, and to the calls, emails and text messages that follow from them. By using the site or submitting a form you agree to these terms.
What we do
We provide marketing and lead generation services to construction and home services businesses. The site describes those services and lets you apply to work with us. Applying is not a contract, and nothing on the site is an offer of guaranteed results. Any work we do together is covered by a separate written agreement.
Applying through our forms
You agree that the details you give us are your own and are accurate, and that you are authorised to give us the phone number and email address you enter. We use them to contact you about your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number we may call you about your enquiry. Text messaging is separate and always optional. Any text-message consent box starts unticked, and you can apply and hear from us without agreeing to receive texts.
If you do consent, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to submit someone else's details without their permission, to interfere with how the site runs, or to copy its content for a competing service. We may refuse or withdraw access if you do.
Our content
The text, images, video and design on this site belong to us or to the clients who gave us permission to show their work. Case studies and results shown are those of specific clients and are not a promise of what any other business will achieve.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of California have exclusive jurisdiction.
