For SoCal contractors on $40k+ jobs

We will get you qualified homeowners calling for job estimates inside a week.

We film you on your own job site and run the ads. Without shared leads, without waiting on referrals. You just answer the phone.

Step 2  /  Book

Book your strategy call

Answer a few questions below, takes about a minute, then pick a time. We will go through how many jobs your calendar can hold and how I would fill it.

Your booking calendar embeds here

Paste the form link from the dashboard, or a Calendly link, into CONFIG.bookingUrl. It auto-detects and embeds inline, right on this page (higher conversion than sending people off-site).

The Qualified Project Funnel

What we do on your account, start to finish

  1. Day 1

    We tear down your numbers

Service area, average ticket, close rate, and which jobs actually make you money. A $12k roof and a $90k ADU cannot be advertised the same way, and that call decides everything after it.

  2. Day 2

    We shoot on your site

Our crew comes out to a job you are already running, so you lose no working hours. What we leave with is footage no competitor can copy, because it is your crew on your project.

  3. Day 3–4

One shoot day becomes 5 to 10 ads

Our editors cut that footage into a library. Different hooks, lengths and formats, each one built against a specific doubt a homeowner has while three bids sit on his kitchen table.

  4. Day 5

Campaigns go live and the pixel starts learning

A clean ad account, server-side conversion tracking, website-schedule optimisation and structured testing across ad sets, so the algorithm is narrowing toward your buyer from the first day of spend.

  5. Day 6

The qualification layer goes in front of your phone

Scope, timeline and budget answered before anyone reaches you. Deliberate friction, because a form anyone can finish is how you end up quoting people who were never going to build.

  6. Day 7

Your phone starts ringing with qualified work

Leads route straight to you with follow-up behind them and a reminder if nobody has called back. Every lead, call and booked estimate sits on one dashboard, so the number we are judged on is jobs.

Every one of these was shot for a paying client with real budget behind it.

From a contractor

He could have hired anyone in Southern California

Julio, SoCal Roofers

Julio had no shortage of people pitching him. In this one he explains why he went with us instead, and it has nothing to do with price.

He talks through what changed about who his ads get put in front of, why every piece of content he shoots now has a job to do, and the thing most contractors never hear from a marketer: that marketing which ignores the sales process on the other end is worth nothing to him.

From a homeowner

The other end of the job, in the buyer's own words

Luis, homeowner

Luis is not a client and has nothing to sell. He is the man who signed the contract at the end of one of these campaigns.

He had other bids in hand. His son found the contractor's videos, and that is the reason that contractor got the job instead of the other companies quoting against him. Every claim above this section is a marketer telling you it works. This is the buyer saying why it did.

From Jonathan

A note before you book

I'm Jonathan, and I run Mindframe.

Before any of this I was a production guy. I put crews together, I worked on big shoots, and my work was as good as anyone's. I just had nobody asking for it. Highly skilled, but no demand. Starving artist.

So when a contractor tells me he's the best in his area and the phone still isn't ringing, I get it. I was him.

I spent five years filming for LA and Orange County contractors before I ever ran an ad for one. That order matters more than it sounds. I learned how a homeowner picks between three bids by standing on the job while it happened, and only then went and learned media buying. It is why our ads look nothing like the ones you have been pitched, and why I will not hand your account to someone who has never been on a site.

We run paid acquisition for contractors across Southern California now, and I'm still the one who shows up to the shoot, I'm the one you get on the phone, and I'm the one looking over your account.

I've spent years building my reputation here, and I'm not dropping it anytime soon.

If your calendar has room,
let us fill it.

The application takes about a minute. If you fit, we will go through how many jobs you can take on and how I would fill them.
