Privacy Policy

Last updated 11 August 2026

This policy explains what Mindframe Media collects when you fill in a form on this website or on one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, what we do with it, and how to get it removed.

Mindframe Media is a trading name of Arreola Familia LLC ("Mindframe Media", "we", "us"). It applies to mindframeconstruction.com and to the instant lead forms we run on Facebook and Instagram.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you apply through our application form or through a Facebook or Instagram instant form, we collect:

On a Facebook or Instagram instant form, some of these fields are filled in automatically by Meta from your profile. You can edit any of them before you submit, and nothing reaches us until you do.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this website we also collect:

We do not collect payment details on this website, and we do not ask for social security numbers, government identification, or financial account information at any point in the application process.

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other contractors or agencies. We are not a shared-lead marketplace. Your details go to us and to the service providers listed below who operate our systems on our behalf, and nowhere else.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number on the application form at the top of this site, we may call you about the application you made. Text messaging is separate and is never a condition of applying. Every text-message consent checkbox starts unticked and is optional, and you can submit the application and hear from us without agreeing to receive any texts.

Where you do agree, the messages cover the call you asked for: confirming the time, reminding you shortly before it, and following up if you did not finish applying or did not attend. Marketing messages, meaning occasional offers about our own services, are consented to separately. Agreeing to messages about your own application does not sign you up for marketing, and refusing marketing does not affect any work we do for you.

The exact wording you are agreeing to

These are the checkboxes on the application form, word for word. All three start unticked. Only the first one is required, and it is about a phone call rather than a text message.

Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also call us and ask to be removed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Advertising and measurement

This website uses the Meta pixel, and we also send matching events to Meta server-to-server through their Conversions API. This tells Meta when someone submits an application or books a call so their advertising system can find more companies like you. The information sent for this purpose is limited to the event itself, the advertising identifiers above, and a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your email address and phone number. Meta's own handling of that data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

You can limit this from Meta's side in your Facebook ad preferences, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their own settings.

Session analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how this page is used. It records how far people scroll, what they click, and how long they stay, so we can see where the page is confusing and fix it. Typed text is masked before it ever leaves your browser, and Clarity does not have access to the application form itself. Microsoft's handling of that data is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of established providers to run this. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

We keep application records in our CRM for as long as we may reasonably do business with you, and no longer than three years after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required to keep them longer.

Your choices

If you live in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Use the email address below to exercise any of these rights; we will verify your identity by replying to the email address or phone number already on your record.

Children

This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Your information is held in the systems listed above, which are access-controlled and encrypted in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit access to the people who need it to speak with you.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
